Fountain Hills Area Subdivisions
Fountain Hills started out as a planned community to the east of Scottsdale on the eastern slope of the McDowell Mountains. The showpiece of the community is the fountain park (second largest man made fountain in the world) and the town square area. There are a few track style subdivisions in the area but the vast majority of homes are custom built with the prices increasing as you go up the mountain.
